For nearly fifteen years, Avishek Dash has lived and breathed the education and technology ecosystem. An alumnus of KIIT University, his journey moved through respected names such as Tata Consultancy Services, Groupon, Vedantu, and Fliplearn Education. Across these roles, he built B2C sales teams, scaled operations, and led performance-driven units from the ground up. Today, as Co-Founder of Eduinx, Avishek brings together sales leadership, operational clarity, and a Six Sigma Black Belt mindset to build something that addresses a persistent problem in education. His belief is simple: education must lead to outcomes that change lives. But Eduinx is not built on one journey alone. Swathi Shivanna, Co-Founder, comes with deep experience in learner experience, program delivery, and academic operations. Over the years, she has worked closely on building structured learning journeys that go beyond content and focus on real student outcomes. Her strength lies in understanding learner behavior, designing systems that ensure consistency, and creating an environment where students are guided, supported, and held accountable throughout their journey.
