“With the announcement of the historic Armenia Azerbaijan peace deal agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, I extend my sincere congratulations to President Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and the peoples of both nations,” Sheikh Mohamed said.
